Shipping policy

All orders are shipped from the United States via the United States Postal Service (USPS). Orders are generally processed within 3-5 business days of purchase. As all our items are handmade to order, there may be times that additional processing time is needed. Shipping costs are determined during checkout and are based off the weight of the order. 

Tracking numbers are issued for all domestic orders that are not shipped via letter mail. At this time, only orders that only include stickers are shipped this way, all other orders will receive a tracking number. We are currently unable to provide delivery confirmation for all international orders.

Domestic orders may take up to 1 week to arrive. International orders may take up to 3-6 weeks to arrive.

International orders may incur taxes or customs fees charged by the receiving country. Critter Laboratory is not responsible for these fees.
