General Order & Shipping Information

While we strive to process orders within 3-5 business days, all of our items and handmade to order, so please be patient with us if we need a little extra time to fulfill your order, especially during busy seasons!

We will do our best to communicate shipping delays on orders, but if your order needs to arrive by a certain date, please reach out and we will do what we can to ensure your order arrives on time!

Please note that when selecting a priority shipping option, the standard 3-5 day processing time applies.

International orders may incur customs fees, Critter Laboratory is not responsible for these fees, which must be paid by the customer on delivery.

Domestic Shipping

Standard

Standard shipping for orders within the US arrive in 2-5 business days after the order has been shipped out (please see above for processing times).

For standard shipping, we charge two rates: $5 for smaller orders, and $10 for larger and heavier orders. Stickers and sticker sheets ship standard free, though!

Priority

Priority shipping for orders within the US arrive in 1-3 business days after the order has been shipped out.

We charge two rates for priority shipping: $10 for smaller orders and $15 for larger and heavier orders.

International Shipping

Standard

Standard shipping for international orders arrive usually in 1-4 weeks, but may take up to 6 weeks in the event the item is held up in customs.

Stickers ship internationally for $3, smaller orders for $20, and larger orders are $30.

Priority

Priority international shipping is available upon special request. Please contact us for more information.

Customs Fees

International orders may incur additional custom fees charged by the receiving country. Critter Laboratory is not responsible for these fees.

Original shipping fees will not be refunded if a package is denied and returned due to unpaid customs fees, as USPS will not refund the cost.

Shipping Notes

Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed by USPS, and transit times may experience a delay, especially during the holiday season or if there is bad weather. If you are concerned with receiving an item in time, please reach out to us and we'll do our best to ensure it arrives in time!
