Are your items handmade?
Yes! All of the items in this shop are designed, sewn and produced by me!
Where are you located?
We run out of our home studio in Wenatchee, Washington
Do you do commissions?
Yes! We adore making one of a kind custom critters! If this is something you're interested in, please use our contact form and we'll get back to you as soon as we can to make your dream a reality!
How do I take care of my felt friend?
All of our felted critters and accessories are not machine washable. Please do not put them in the washing machine or dryer ðŸ˜!
You can spot clean with a mild detergent (I personally use Eucalan).
If pilling occurs, you can use a sweater shaver to gently remove the pilling.
Ordering
I can't complete my order and keep getting an error
The most likely reason is that you are entering a billing address that does not match the one on file with the credit/debit card you are using. Please double check the address and make sure it matches! If you are still have problems or other issues ordering, please reach out!
Can I change or add items to my order?
That's no problem at all! If your order has not shipped yet, you can reply to your order confirmation email or contact us with what you'd like to modify
My order is a gift, can you exclude a receipt?
No problem! To reduce waste, we don't provide a packing slip or invoice in our packages.
However, please keep in mind that international orders are required to have an external customs form that lists the package's contents and value. Unfortunately, we cannot exclude these.
Am I able to customize my critter?
While we can't promise we can make every customization a reality, we would love to hear what ideas you have to make your critter just that extra bit special for you!
Some customizations may require additional processing times and a small customization fee.

How are orders shipped?
Orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS) or UPS.
Every order is packaged with care in order to ensure it arrives to its destination safely!
